How Everyday Cooking Changed My Perspective

When I first became interested in cooking, I thought the biggest lessons would come from learning recipes and techniques. Those lessons certainly mattered. Over time, however, I realised that everyday cooking was teaching me something much broader. It was changing the way I looked at ordinary moments. The kitchen encouraged me to notice details that I had once overlooked. Those small observations gradually influenced not only the way I cooked, but also the way I experienced everyday life.
